1. Order Cancellation
1.1 Cancellation by Customer
You may cancel your order under the following conditions:
- Before Dispatch: Orders can be cancelled free of charge if the cancellation request is received before the order is dispatched. Full refund will be processed.
- After Dispatch: Once an order is dispatched, it cannot be cancelled. You may refuse delivery and request a return (subject to return shipping charges).
- Custom/Made-to-Order Items: Orders for custom or made-to-order products cannot be cancelled once production has begun.
1.2 Cancellation by Company
We reserve the right to cancel orders in the following situations:
- Product unavailability or stock-out
- Pricing errors on the website
- Suspected fraudulent transactions
- Inability to verify customer information
- Force majeure events
In such cases, you will receive a full refund and be notified of the cancellation.
1.3 How to Cancel
To cancel an order:

- Include your contact details and reason for cancellation
- We will confirm the cancellation within 24-48 hours
2. Return Policy
2.1 Return Eligibility
Products may be returned under the following conditions:
- Return request is raised within 7 days of delivery
- Product is unused, undamaged, and in original packaging
- All tags, labels, and accessories are intact
- Product is not a non-returnable item (see Section 2.3)
2.2 Return Conditions
Returns are accepted for:
- Damaged Products: Items received in damaged condition (photographic evidence required)
- Defective Products: Manufacturing defects or quality issues
- Wrong Products: Items different from what was ordered
- Missing Items: Incomplete orders with missing products
2.3 Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or made-to-order products
- Perishable goods or items with limited shelf life
- Products marked as "Non-Returnable" at time of purchase
- Items used, installed, or altered after delivery
- Clearance or final sale items
- Products damaged due to misuse or improper handling by customer
2.4 Return Process
- Initiate Return: Email us with your order number, product details, and reason for return along with photos (if applicable)
- Approval: We will review your request and respond within 48 hours
- Return Shipping: Once approved, return the product using our designated shipping method or courier
- Inspection: Upon receipt, we will inspect the product within 3-5 business days
- Refund/Replacement: After successful inspection, refund or replacement will be processed
2.5 Return Shipping Costs
- Damaged/Defective/Wrong Items: Return shipping is free; we will arrange pickup or reimburse shipping costs
- Change of Mind: Customer bears the return shipping costs
3. Refund Policy

- Cancelled orders (before dispatch)
- Returned products that pass inspection
- Orders cancelled by the company
- Failed deliveries due to our error
- Duplicate payments
3.2 Refund Amount
- Full Refund: For damaged, defective, or wrong products; cancelled orders before dispatch

- Shipping Charges: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

3.4 Refund Method
Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. For online payments, refund credits are processed through the original gateway, such as Razorpay, Cashfree, Instamojo, or Easebuzz. In some cases, we may offer store credit or alternative refund methods with your consent.
4. Replacement Policy
Instead of a refund, you may request a replacement for eligible products. Replacements are subject to product availability. If the exact product is not available, we will offer:
- A similar product of equal or higher value (with price adjustment if applicable)
- Store credit for future purchases
- Full refund
5. Service Cancellation & Refunds
5.1 Procurement Services
For procurement and business support services:
- Service fees are non-refundable once work has commenced
- Cancellation before service initiation may qualify for partial or full refund
- Custom terms may apply as per service agreement
5.2 Consultation Services
Consultation fees are non-refundable. However, if we are unable to provide the scheduled service, a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.
6. Refund Disputes
If you disagree with a refund decision, you may appeal by emailing us with additional information or documentation supporting your claim. We will review disputes within 7 business days and communicate our decision.
7. Exceptions
In special circumstances, we may make exceptions to this policy at our discretion. Such exceptions will be documented in writing and are not precedent-setting for future transactions.
